It is not a hotel, it is a private flat legally registered in the Canary Islands, and we are an agency that manages flats in the south of the island of Tenerife and for years we have been helping thousands of people to make their holidays as pleasant as possible.
Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 and for them we charge check in and check out (standard rate 40€), as we do not have a 24 hour reception as in a Hotel.
OTHER INFORMATION
In case the guest stays until the end of the stay, it is not possible to request a refund from the host.
The agency does not issue any kind of invoice to the guests.
If proof of stay is required, we can only provide receipts.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
